RE: Midwest Flat Tire Ale Brew temperature question.Thanks for Brew the advice - My Bavarian wheat is just finishing up in the primary (fermenting at about 63 degrees) for max flavor, so i will wait Brew a little bit before I brew the Flat Tire.
